§ 71.29 DRIVING OVERLOADED VEHICLE.
   It shall be unlawful to drive a vehicle when the vehicle is so loaded, or when there are in the front the number of persons as to obstruct the view of the driver to the front or sides, or to interfere with his or her control of the driving mechanism.
