§ 71.06 PROHIBITION OF SKATEBOARDS, COASTERS, OR ROLLER SKATES IN CERTAIN AREAS.
   (A)   The Board of Works shall determine and erect the appropriate signage limiting the operation of a skateboard, coaster or roller skates within the city limits.
   (B)   Any person who violates signage indicating that no operation of a skateboard, coaster or roller skates shall occur within a designated area shall be subject to the penalty described in § 70.99.
