For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
DRIVE-IN RESTAURANT. Any restaurant where meals, sandwiches, ice cream or other food or beverage is served directly to or is permitted to be consumed by patrons in vehicles parked on or adjacent to the premises of such a restaurant.
