§ 72.71 PARKING SIGNS.
   (A)   Spaces shall be marked by signs, lines, or in any other suitable ways indicating the purpose for which the manner of the time when, and the hours during which, parking is permitted, restricted or prohibited. Parking in violation of the signs, lines or other suitable ways shall constitute a violation of this division.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to erect and maintain on any street or curb or sidewalk any sign or printed matter of any kind, forbidding the parking of vehicles on any city street, unless or until permission is granted for the erection of signs or printed matter by the city’s Traffic Commission.
