(A) It shall be unlawful for the owner of a vehicle to park in a leased space without a permit; and to do so is declared to be a misdemeanor, and the owner of the vehicle shall be subject to a fine of $20.
(B) After seven days, the owner will have to pay the sum of $30.
(C) After 30 days, the owner will have to pay the sum of $40 to avoid prosecution.
