§ 70.16 DISPOSITION OF COLLECTED FUNDS.
   (A)   The revenue from the inspection fee shall be deposited in a Special Vehicle Inspection Fund as set forth in § 32.018.
   (B)   The money collected from the inspections must be appropriated for law enforcement purposes.
