| 2 | In accordance with Resolution No. 74, adopted June 10, 2002, the area shall be eligible for tax abatement under the revitalization plan until such time as the Council amends this chapter to add a specific expiration date. It is the intention of the Council to review the plan every five years and to consider whether it should be continued. |
