165.01   TITLE. 
   This chapter shall be known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Nevada.
165.02   JURISDICTION. 
   The provisions of this chapter are applicable to all property within the corporate limits of the City of Nevada as provided by Chapter 414, Code of Iowa, and as provided by mutual agreements with Story County, Iowa.
