§ 152.004 NONCONFORMING USE CONTINUANCE AUTHORIZED.

Any building, structure, or use lawfully existing at the time of enactment of the zoning ordinance codified in this chapter shall be allowed to continue as a nonconforming use. Such uses may be changed subject to the procedures specified in § 152.029.
