§ 112.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating the provisions of this chapter where no specific penalty is provided shall be punishable as set forth in § 10.99.

   (B)   Any person who violates § 112.08 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof, shall be punishable as set forth in § 10.99.
