§ 112.08 HOURS.
   (A)   All such places in which alcoholic liquors are sold at retail or dispensed in the city shall not sell or dispense any alcoholic liquor between the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. on Monday through Saturday, and from 1:00 a.m. on Sunday until 5:00 a.m. on Monday, except as follows.
      (1)   A person, firm, or corporation holding a seven-day alcoholic liquor license may sell alcoholic liquor at retail between the hours of 11:30 a.m. and 11:30 p.m. on Sunday, and may sell alcoholic liquors in the original package and not for consumption on the premises between the hours of 5:00 a.m. and 11:30 p.m. on Sunday.
      (2)   An organization holding a temporary alcoholic liquor permit may sell alcoholic liquor at retail between the hours of 11:30 a.m. and 11:30 p.m. on Sunday.
   (B)   Any person, firm, partnership, or corporation licensed by the city to sell alcoholic liquors at retail is authorized to sell any alcoholic liquors at retail on any national, state, county, or municipal election day, including primary elections, during the hours the polls are open.
   (C)   Any business premises which are used primarily for the sale at retail or dispensing of alcoholic liquor may not be occupied by anyone except the owner or his or her employees during the hours alcoholic liquors are prohibited from being sold or dispensed on said premises, except for 30 minutes immediately after the time alcoholic liquors are permitted to be sold or dispensed that day.
