Any person licensed to keep a place where such liquor is sold or given away, who suffers any disorder, drunkenness, quarreling, fighting, unlawful games, or riotous or disorderly conduct whatever, in any house, or premises by him or her kept or occupied for such purposes shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and punishable as set forth in § 10.99.
