(A) Licenses shall be issued on a calendar year basis and shall expire on December 31 of each year. The annual license fee shall be $20. Licenses issued at times other than January 1 shall be prorated to December 31.
(B) Prior to December 31 of each year, any licensee who wishes to renew his or her license for the next calendar year shall file reports in accordance with § 111.03 and pay the renewal fee of $20.
