§ 111.03 INSPECTION REPORTS REQUIRED.

   No license shall be issued until the following inspection reports have been filed with the city:

   (A)   A fire inspection report from the Fire Chief of the city community fire protection district stating that the bed and breakfast establishment complies with § 6 of the State Bed and Breakfast Act (50 ILCS 820/6); and

   (B)   A health inspection report from the County Health Department stating that the bed and breakfast establishment complies with §§ 4 and 5 of the State Bed and Breakfast Act (50 ILCS 820/4 and 5).
