For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
EXTINGUISHED. With respect to leaf/brush fires, to put completely out so that the remains are cool to the touch.
PRIVATE PROPERTY. Any property which is not public property.
PUBLIC PROPERTY. Any publicly-owned property including streets, right-of-way easements, and everything affixed thereto or thereover.
