§ 92.039 PUBLIC UTILITY REQUIREMENTS.
   Although a public utility who may or shall hold a franchise with the city, as provided in § 92.036(A), shall not be subject to the license imposed in this subchapter, such public utility shall otherwise be subject to the regulatory features of this subchapter pertaining to the standards required by NFPA 58 as the same may be amended from time to time, where such public utility may be handling, storing, installing, distributing, or delivering liquefied petroleum gases as defined in this subchapter, provided same are not in conflict with the proper rules and regulations and jurisdiction of the State Commerce Commission pertaining to such public utility.
