§ 92.038 INSPECTIONS.
   (A)   The City Council or named inspector and the city shall have the power at any time, and from time to time, to inspect any facilities for storage and handling of the products covered by this subchapter, including the installation of any equipment or facilities for the use of said products, in order to ascertain and determine whether or not the licensee shall be complying with the standards of the NFPA 58 as now existing or as shall be amended from time to time.
   (B)   In the event that he or she shall find that the licensee is not complying with such standards, then the license shall be subject to revocation by proper action by the City Council.
