§ 92.019 DEMOLITION DERBY VEHICLES.
   (A)   DEMOLITION DERBY VEHICLES as used in this section is defined as any vehicle used or intended to be used in a demolition derby.
   (B)   It is unlawful and a nuisance to construct, maintain, repair, run, and/or store any demolition derby vehicles unless said vehicle is actively participating in a demolition derby or said vehicle is in an enclosed building.
   (C)   It is unlawful and a nuisance to construct, maintain, repair, or run any demolition derby vehicles not actively participating in a demolition derby, except from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Monday through Friday, and from 12:00 noon to 9:00 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.
   (D)   Any person who has received written notice from the Chief of Police to remove a demolition derby vehicle shall proceed to remove said demolition derby vehicle within 24 hours or within such time as is deemed reasonable by the Chief of Police; however, the length of time shall not exceed 45 days.
