(A) It is unlawful for any responsible person, owner, or tenant, to permit, maintain, suffer, carry on or allow upon any premises any of the acts or things declared by this subchapter or any other ordinance of the city to be a public nuisance.
(B) Every responsible person, owner or tenant of such premises located in close proximity to an occupied dwelling unit shall keep such premises so as to prevent rodent, insect, or other pest infestation, and to prevent fire hazards.
