§ 91.072 BOATING.
   (A)   Boating; conditions. The use of boats on Lake Nashville is permitted only upon compliance with the following conditions:
      (1)   Any boat used on such lake shall be in good and safe and seaworthy condition and shall be operated in a reasonable and safe manner;
      (2)   Motor sizes on boats used on such lake shall not exceed ten horsepower;
      (3)   Areas of the lake which shall be off limits to boats shall from time to time be established by the city, and shall be marked with floating buoys, and trespass into such prohibited areas shall not be permitted;
      (4)   Permission must be obtained in order to place permanent docks or facilities for boating and/or fishing use, and if such facilities are established, such facilities must be maintained in a clean, sightly, safe, and sanitary condition;
      (5)   Evidence of adequate insurance covering liability must be presented to and approved by the city before a boat may be permitted to use the lake. A policy covering any group or organization to whom the right to use boats upon the lake may be from time to time granted, deposited with the city, shall be sufficient evidence of compliance for all members of such group or organization; and
      (6)   Permission to use the lake may be revoked by the city, or its officers, agents, and employees, at any time without notice.

   (B)   Boating; special use agreements authorized when. The City Council may from time to time enter into written agreements with any organization providing for the exclusive use of the lake by members of the organization for boating purposes, provided that any such written agreement or grant shall incorporate the provisions set out in division (A) above, together with any additional provisions which the Council may from time to time see fit to insert in such grant or agreement.
