§ 91.071 DISCHARGING FIREARMS PERMITTED; GAME BIRD HUNTING REGULATIONS.
   (A)   It is unlawful for any person or persons to fire and discharge any firearms or air guns upon any real estate owned by the city and lying outside of the corporate limits thereof except at such time as federal and state regulations permit the hunting or migratory game birds, including ducks, brants, and geese, but excluding doves, and during such period of time only for the purpose of hunting and taking ducks, brants, and geese by persons who are bona fide residents of the city and owners of tracts adjacent to the water works reservation tract upon which is located Lake Nashville.
   (B)   The hunting of such ducks, brants, and geese shall be subject to regulations which will be promulgated from time to time by the Waterworks Committee of the City Council, with full power in said Waterworks Committee to restrict and limit such hunting and to exclude any person or persons who abuse their privilege of hunting said migratory birds.
