§ 91.055 REMOVING BUILDING INTO OR ACROSS THE STREET.
   No person shall remove or cause to be removed or aid or assist in removing any building into, along, or across any street, alley, or public ground in the city, without first obtaining written permission from the Mayor and conforming to such restrictions and conditions as he or she may describe, under a penalty as set forth in § 10.99, to be recovered from the owner of the building and a penalty of $10 for the first 24 hours, and $5 thereafter for every 24-hour period that the same shall remain in or upon any street, alley, or public ground.
