§ 91.054 RIDING, DRIVING, OR LEAVING LIVESTOCK ON SIDEWALK.
   No person or persons shall lead, ride or drive along or across any sidewalk, nor along or across that part of any street that is left for sidewalk purposes, within the city limits, any horse, mule team, cow, or other animal (dogs excepted), or drive thereon with any wagon, carriage, or other vehicle, except when necessary to cross the same to get into a yard or lot when no suitable crossing has been provided, under penalty as set forth in § 10.99.
