§ 91.053 ALLOWING ANIMALS TO STAND IN CROSSWALK.
   All crosswalks in the city shall be kept free from any wagons, carts, carriages, and horses or other animals being placed or suffered to stand thereon, except as may be necessary in crossing the same, and the owners or drivers of any wagon, cart, carriage, or other vehicle, or horse or other animal, offending against this section, shall be punishable as set forth in § 10.99.
