§ 91.050 FENCE OR TREE CAUSING OBSTRUCTION.
   (A)    Whenever the owner of any fence, tree, or other obstructions, upon any street, alley, or sidewalk, or other public grounds in this city, refuses, or neglects to remove the same within 24 hours after notice in writing by the Chief of Police has been given the same shall be deemed a nuisance, and it shall be lawful for the Mayor to cause the same to be removed or taken down, and the expense thereof shall be recovered of the owner in an action of assumpsit.
   (B)   Every person who shall oppose or resist the execution of the order of the Mayor in the premises shall be punishable as set forth in § 10.99.
