It is unlawful for any person who is the owner, or has the possession of any domestic animal of the species of horse, mule, cattle, ass, sheep, goats, or swine to allow the same to run at large within the corporate limits of the city, or turn the same loose for the purpose of grazing upon or along any public street or alley of the city.
