§ 70.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person or persons willfully violating any of the provisions of §§ 70.01 or 70.02 shall upon conviction be punishable as set forth in § 10.99.

   (C)    Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of §§ 70.15 through 70.17 shall be punishable as set forth in § 10.99.

   (D)   Any motor vehicle operator violating the provisions of §§ 70.30 through 70.32 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punishable as set forth in § 10.99.

   (E)   Each and every person being in such procession or parade for which no permit has been given shall upon conviction be punishable as set forth in § 10.99 and is also liable for costs of suit.
