§ 70.45 PERMIT; WHEN REQUIRED.

It is unlawful for any society, band, circus, theatrical organization, or any collection of persons to parade, or march in, upon or along the streets or sidewalks of the city at any time of the day or night without first obtaining from the Mayor (or, in the case of his or her absence from the city, from the acting Mayor) a permit in writing for the same.
