§ 73.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 70.99.

   (B)   Any person violating any of the provisions of §§ 73.04 through 73.14 shall, upon conviction, be punished by impounding his or her bicycle at the City Hall, or other designated area of this city, in charge of the Police Chief for such period as the Municipal Court shall designate.

   (C)   In the event a person is found to have violated any of the provisions of §§ 73.25 through 73.31, the police officer shall have the right to take such device into his or her custody and hold the same until it is released by the court having jurisdiction in the matter. Any person violating any of the provisions of §§ 73.25 through 73.31 shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished by a fine of not to exceed $50, confiscation of the device or both.
