§ 70.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this traffic code for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   (1)   Violation of §§ 70.03, 70.04, 70.30 through 70.35 and §§ 72.01 through 72.13 is punishable by fine not to exceed $50.
      (2)   Violation of §§ 71.01 through 71.06 is punishable by fine not to exceed $100.
