§ 73.25 “COMMERCIAL DOWNTOWN ZONE” DEFINED.

   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.

   COMMERCIAL DOWNTOWN ZONE. The area one block north of Spruce Street and one block south of Spruce Street including Second Street, Third Street, Fourth Street, Fifth Street, Sixth Street, Seventh Street and Eighth Street (Highway 42).
