10.55.040   Obedience to traffic-control devices.
   It shall be unlawful for any person operating a bicycle or e-conveyance to fail to obey the instructions of official traffic-control signs and other traffic-control devices applicable to vehicles or bicycles, unless otherwise directed by a police officer.
