A. No person may possess, discharge or use any paintball gun and/or pellet gun while in any public areas within the city and/or in any city owned property including parks and open space/greenbelt areas.
B. For the purpose of this section, the term "paintball gun and/or pellet gun" means any gas- or air-pellet gun, or other device, by whatever name or description known, that discharges a paintball and/or pellet or other object by force of gas or air cylinder or cartridge.
