16.12.070: CITY ENGINEER REVIEW AND CERTIFICATION:
   Upon receipt of the final plat and other data submitted therewith, the City Engineer shall examine such to determine that the subdivision as shown is substantially the same as it appeared on the preliminary plat and any approved alterations thereof.
