15.28.150: CONSISTENT WITH STATE LAW/SEVERABILITY:
Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to conflict with the provisions of title 57, chapter 22 of the Utah Code. Should any provision be deemed by a court of competent jurisdiction to be inconsistent with State Code, the inconsistent provision shall become inoperative, and the remainder of this chapter shall remain in full force and effect. (Ord. 17-31)
