15.10.140: PROVISIONS OF THIS CHAPTER TO BE CUMULATIVE:

The relief and remedies provided by this chapter shall be in addition to all legal and equitable rights of any person, firm or corporation who shall be injured or damaged by any blasting operations. (Ord. 17-31)
