15.10.110: REVOCATION OF PERMIT:

The City shall be authorized at any time, for reasonable cause, to revoke a permit issued under this chapter. Reasonable cause includes, without limitation:

A. The requirements of this chapter are not met; and

B. The blasting presents an unacceptable risk to public safety. (Ord. 17-31)
