15.10.080: SEISMOLOGIST PRESENT:
No person shall detonate an explosive device within the City without arranging and having present a seismologist, retained by the City pursuant to section 15.10.060 of this chapter, at each and every blast to record data produced by the same. (Ord. 17-31)
