The requirements of this chapter shall be imposed in addition to other applicable City, County, State and Federal laws, and judicial and administrative orders, including:
A. Title 2, chapter 2.41 of this Code, chapters 15.04 and 15.08 of this title, the Utah Uniform Building Code, the Utah Uniform Fire Code and all policies and procedures promulgated thereto;
B. Salt Lake County ordinances;
C. Salt Lake Valley health regulations;
D. Utah Department of Environmental Quality administrative rules;
E. Utah Air Conservation rules;
F. Environmental Protection Agency regulations such as the National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants; and
G. Orders entered by a court of competent jurisdiction. (Ord. 17-31)
