15.10.020: INTENT:
It is the intent of this chapter to:
   A.   Provide for the safety, health and welfare of persons and property when demolition using explosive devices is involved;
   B.   Impose fees to cover a portion of the increased costs and demands on City services and capital facilities when demolition using explosive devices is involved. (Ord. 17-31)
