Pursuant to title 15A of Utah Code Annotated, and administrative rulemaking authority, the State of Utah has adopted Statewide uniform technical construction codes which include, as amended by the State, without limitation, the International Building Code, International Residential Code, International Mechanical Code, International Plumbing Code, International Fuel Gas Code and the National Electrical Code, which are, by State law, in force in Murray City.
