13.04.100: SECURITY OUTDOOR LIGHTING:
All account holders of accounts with security outdoor lighting shall have the responsibility and obligation to notify the City Power Department of all equipment malfunctions. No credit for monthly charges as set forth in rate schedules 4 or 24 for equipment which has malfunctioned shall be given until and unless the repairs have not been made within ten (10) working days of receipt of notification by the department.
