12.32.090: REQUIREMENTS OF BUSINESSES:
A person engaged in the business or occupation of trimming, pruning, topping, treating, or removing trees or shrubs shall comply with this chapter and the adopted City arboricultural regulations when doing any work which involves trees or shrubs located in tree planting strips or other City property. (Ord. 17-30)
