12.13.020: UNLAWFUL ASSIGNMENT TO OPERATE AS FORFEITURE:

Any attempted assignment or transfer of a franchise or special privilege not made in accordance with the provisions of this chapter shall operate as a forfeiture of all the rights of the grantee therein given. (Ord. 17-17)
