12.12.040: PERMIT FEE:
Curb, gutter and sidewalk construction requires a permit and shall be inspected for compliance with applicable specifications. The permit fee for construction of curb, gutter or sidewalk shall be in an amount as determined by the Mayor in a written policy, to cover the actual costs of the City. (Ord. 17-30)
