8.12.020: PROHIBITED BURNING; EXCEPTIONS:
No person shall burn any trash, garbage or other wastes, or conduct any salvage operation, in any open fire, except in conformity with the provisions of sections 8.12.030 and 8.12.040 of this chapter. (Prior Code § 11-41)
