A City resident may reserve the City green waste trailer according to the schedule established by the City's Public Works Director, or designee. Prior to use of the green waste trailer, residents shall execute a written agreement, approved by the City's Public Works Director, or designee, agreeing that they will use the green waste trailer for green waste only and that they will be responsible for any and all damages to the green waste trailer if it is used for different purposes.
