7.08.030: MATERIAL TO BE PLACED IN AUTOMATED REFUSE CONTAINER:
Property owners shall place all material to be collected within the automated refuse container or automated recycling containers. No cans, boxes, barrels, plastic bags, bundled refuse other than that contained in the automated refuse container or automated recycling container shall be collected. (Ord. 16-01)
