7.08.010: AUTOMATED REFUSE CONTAINERS; CITY PROPERTY:
Automated refuse containers are the City's property. Each automated refuse container shall remain at the property to which it is assigned and shall not be moved or relocated to any other location without the City's prior written approval. (Ord. 16-01)
