Feral cat custodians shall:
A. Take responsibility for feeding the feral cat colony regularly throughout the year. Custodians must ensure that the feeding area(s) is secure from insect, rodent and other vermin attraction and infestation;
B. Ensure sterilization, vaccination and ear tipping of all captured feral cats over four (4) months of age. Implanting microchips is encouraged; and
C. Remove droppings, spoiled food and other waste from the premises as often as necessary; in no event shall the time of removal be longer than seven (7) days. This is to prevent odor, insect or rodent attraction and breeding, or any other nuisance. (Ord. 17-15)
